Mutual referral construction, Indirect design and build from consultants eg architects, QSs, Engineers;foremen, fundis, realtors, investment chamas members, individuals, suppliers, property managers, agents, valuers, surveyors, mortgagers, all other service providers. Commissioned referral. Build-assist/job sharing /build partner with consultants, foremen, fundis.
